"Hey, it's great to meet you! I'm Lauren, a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counseling Associate here at Reaching Resolution. I'm passionate about helping children, teens, adults and couples navigate a wide range of life's challenges, including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, and life transitions.

I received my dual undergraduate degree in biology and psychology from the University of Miami and my master's degree in clinical mental health counseling from Northwestern University in Chicago. This foundation has provided me with a comprehensive understanding of human behavior and well-being.

I have vast experience in supporting children through life’s challenges, I specialize in helping with anxiety, behavioral issues, social skills, family changes, and emotional regulation, providing a safe and nurturing space for them to grow and thrive.

I also have extensive experience working with adult clients facing various difficulties, such as infidelity, conflict, infertility, and sexual dysfunctions. I believe in a collaborative and client-centered approach, working closely with you to develop personalized strategies and achieve your unique goals.

I am currently working towards my AASECT certification in sex therapy, as I believe the complex interactions between sociocultural, biological, and psychological factors significantly impact an individual's well-being.
